Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Find the order you want to return and click "Return Item"
3. Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason
4. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
5. Once approved, you'll receive a return shipping label
6. Pack the items securely and ship using the provided label

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• For COD orders, we'll process a bank transfer or issue store credit

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Used or damaged items
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant:

1. Return the original item following the return process
2. Place a new order for the item you want
3. Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
• We'll arrange for a free return pickup
• You'll receive a full refund or replacement
