  • Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Messaging): sign‑in, data storage, notifications.
  • AWS S3: secure KYC file storage using pre‑signed uploads.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with the processors above and with authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

9. International transfers

Our cloud providers may process data in multiple countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers.

We retain account, claim, and KYC records only as long as necessary for the Services and to satisfy legal/financial obligations. Periods vary by record type and law.
